SERVICES
Electrical Installation
We are experts in electrical design and installation for industrial buildings.
All design and installation complies with authorities requirements and checked by our Professional Engineer. Detailed load sizing and fault analysis are carried out as part of design verification.
Site installation for both HV and LV are carried out by experienced and competent personnel. Our Project Managers ensure that installation is according to agreed design. Detailed testing and commissioning are carried out at the end of every project.
Our maintenance services includes annual shut down and main switchboard servicing, infra-red thermal scanning and electrical testing, re-calibration and licensing.
Mechanical Services
Design process is similar to Electrical Installation. All design is checked and validated before installation can be carried out on site.
Our Mechanical Services includes installation of all piped services such as compressed dry air, cold water and argon gas. We also provide services for machine exhaust, air filtration systems, humidity control, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation (ACMV) and industrial machinery setup
We have designed and installed clean rooms(class 1000), goods hoist and specialized paint booths.
It is not unusual for our clients to include both M&E services in the same package for easy management of the projects. This is especially true for projects involving line set up or re-layout.
