Unless otherwise stated in our quotation, Alsys Standard terms and conditions shall apply.

 

1. Working Environment

The Customer is to provide Alsys staff with a suitable and safe working environment for the delivery of the service. Some examples of providing a suitable and safe working environment includes:

​

• Readily available accessibility to the required working area

• Provision of a staging area for holding materials and equipment required to do the work

• Provision of basic amenities such as water and electricity

 

Alsys is committed to providing the best service to our customers and would expect to have an environment where mutual respect is shown to one another. Alsys reserves the right to cancel the delivery of any services without any penalty in the event that there are any verbal or physical abuse to Alsys staff.

 

2. Standard Delivery Hour

All services will be done during standard working hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and on Saturday 8:30am to 12:00pm.  In the event that work needs to be done outside of standard working hours, Alsys will inform the customer in advance.

Any request for work to be done after hours from Monday - Saturday will be subjected to additional cost.

 

3. Cancellation

Cancellation of the PO after confirmation will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the quotation price. The cancellation fee shall be payable within seven (7) days from the date of cancellation.

 

4. Exclusion

Unless otherwise stated, any other incidental cost incurred as a result of the work done by Alsys is not included unless stated in our quotation. Examples of such costs include:

• Cost incurred by client’s other vendor due to power shutdown (if required)

• Building Plan and Fire Plan changes and submission to authorities.

• Authority fees and charges

• Fees for specialist consultants, 3rd party vendors, etcScaffolds or other MEP devices

• Checking of Floor Loading and additional reinforcement if required

​5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are stated in our quotation. A late fee of 1% of interest per month after the payment due date
