This was a M&E Design and Build Building fit-out project in Bandung Indonesia. It was completed in 2017 and took less than 6 months including design and mobilisation.

Our involvement include setting up the infrastructure  to support the new production lines. These M&E services include electrical, waste piping, compressed dry air, LAN and heat exhaust system.

We worked jointly with the users to derive the utility matrix and from there we designed the system with the verification and sign off by Professional Engineers.

Major challenges include obtaining the necessary government approvals and adapting to a different business culture.
